The course will cover how to turn humble ingredients into quick lunches, interesting side dishes and one pot winter warmers. Meat lovers will be converted to these vegetarian dishes as they are full of flavour and interest.

Moroccan Root Vegetable Tagine with Pomegranate and Almonds
Caramelised Balsamic Shallot Tarte Tatin with Goats cheese
Whole Roasted Harissa Cauliflower with Sumac and Tahini Drizzle
Roasted Asian Aubergine with Chilli jam, Pickled Cucumber, Peanuts and Spring Onion
The course will run from 10am until 3pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
