EVENING COURSES
Our evening courses are usually held on Wednesday evenings and run for two-hours from 6pm - 8pm.* These courses are the perfect way to spend an evening learning to cook, having fun and eating a delicious meal. A great idea for a date night?

Our full day courses are held on Saturday’s from 10am - 3pm*. These courses are fully hands-on and include practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.

GUEST CHEF COURSES
Our guest chef courses are held on Saturday’s from 10am - 3pm*. On these courses we welcome a guest chef to the school to teach a specialist cuisine. It is fully hands-on and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.
